This Refund
& Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and
cancellations are handled by Rema Immigration Services. This policy
should be read together with your signed service agreement, where applicable.
1.
Consultation Fees
Consultation booking fees are
non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered, regardless of outcome or
advice provided.
Consultation fees are refundable
only if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled
appointment.
Missed appointments or no-shows
are non-refundable,
including late arrivals that materially reduce consultation time.
2. Full
Representation & Service Fees
Refund
eligibility for representation services is governed by the written service
agreement signed by the client.
Unless
otherwise stated in writing:
Fees corresponding to work
already performed are non-refundable
Administrative, processing, and
professional fees are earned as services are rendered
Refunds, where applicable, will
be pro-rated based on work completed

Non-Refundable Fees
The
following fees are strictly non-refundable:
Government application fees paid
to IRCC or other authorities
Consultation fees after service
delivery
Fees for work already completed
Third-party fees (medical exams,
language tests, courier services, translations, etc.)
Administrative or processing
fees where disclosed
4.
Cancellations by Client
Clients may
request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
5. No
Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration
decisions are made solely by government authorities. Application refusals,
delays, or changes in immigration law do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6.
Termination by Consultant
Rema
Immigration Services reserves the right to terminate services where:
A client provides false or
misleading information
A client fails to cooperate or
meet deadlines
Continued representation would
breach professional or legal obligations
In such
cases, fees earned up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Force
Majeure
Refunds or
delays resulting from events beyond our control — including government
shutdowns, system outages, natural disasters, or policy changes — are not
guaranteed.
8. Refund
Request Procedure
To request a
refund (where applicable), clients must submit:
Full name
Service type
Date of payment
Reason for request
Requests

9.
Processing Time
Approved
refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original
payment method, subject to banking and payment processor timelines.
10.
Policy Updates
We reserve
the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates
will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
